

Change and stay.
I have to do something with my hair already , drop so many hair a day . I google about how to prevent hair loss. One of it is to drink more water 6 to 8 glass a day ... i sometimes only drink 1 glass or never. Another one is having sufficient sleep and sleep on time ... i everyday morning 4am 5am 6am 7am than sleep ! omgness. Today i'm gonna start on the drinking water and sleep early !
